Open Carry bill has been presented to the Texas legislature. Texas is one of the final holdouts for open carry. Sponsored by representative Lavender, the bill has been presented despite NO COOPERATION from the Texas State Rifle Association. The organization behind this that deserves all of the credit is the "Lone Star Citizens Defense League" a new organization for the restoration of 2nd amendment rights in Texas.
